At the American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP), we recognize the vital role that nurse practitioners (NPs) have in shaping the future of health care. As highly skilled clinicians, educators and advocates, NPs bring a unique perspective to patient care, policy discussions and health care innovation.
AANP is committed to ensuring meaningful engagement for our membership and leadership to reflect our belief that NP expertise is essential in driving positive change. By fostering collaboration with our partners, NP members and AANP leadership, we ensure that clinical insights, patient-centered approaches and advanced practice knowledge inform important initiatives — creating more effective and accessible health care solutions.
Through strategic partnerships, open dialogue and shared initiatives, we strive to amplify the voice of NPs, support their professional growth and work together to address the evolving challenges of health care. We welcome opportunities to engage with other health care associations, organizations, government and industry to build a stronger health care system that values the expertise and experience of those providing care in every community across the country.
Together, we can make a lasting impact. If you are an organization looking to collaborate, we invite you to connect with us and explore opportunities to work together in advancing health care excellence.
AANP is proud to spotlight our collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, an organization dedicated to ending Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia by accelerating global research, advancing risk‑reduction and early‑detection efforts, and improving access to high‑quality, person‑centered care and support. Recently, AANP partnered with the Association to provide three NP experts who are actively participating in the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care ECHO® Program for Professional Care Providers, a tele‑mentoring initiative designed to strengthen dementia‑care knowledge, clinical confidence, and best‑practice application across care settings.
AANP invites experienced and emerging NP leaders to share their expertise through curated focus groups, situation rooms and Lunch and Learn Exchange sessions held in collaboration with industry partners.
