Crystal Kelly, DHSc, FNP, has more than three decades of combined clinical practice and industry experience. A native of North Carolina, Crystal currently serves as the East Regional Director in field medical affairs for a mid-sized biopharma company where she leads a team of clinical practice medical science liaisons comprised of NPs and physician associates. The mission for this role is to bridge medical science, clinical practice and research through education and scientific exchange.

Kelly earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned the distinctive George A. Livas Chancellors Award and the UNC Alumni scholarship award. She completed doctoral studies at The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) earning a Doctor, Health Sciences with a concentration in educational leadership. Her capstone project earned the coveted Capstone Award for doctoral studies. Current Board of Director experience includes the UNC School of Nursing Alumni Board of Directors, currently serving as vice-chair; and, Pharos Parenting, a non-profit parent education and child abuse prevention agency, currently serving as member-at-large on the fundraising and grants committees. Professional memberships include American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) and International Society of Psychiatric Nurses (ISPN).

Dr. Tracy R. Wilson has over 22 years of experience in healthcare and patient advocacy, with expertise in clinical education, family nursing, and interdisciplinary course design. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Belmont University, a Post-master FNP certification from the University of Kentucky, and a Master of Science (MS) in Bioethics from Tulane School of Medicine, as well as a MS in Nursing Education from Bellarmine University. Currently, she works as a Medical Science Liaison at ARS Pharma, focusing on an FDA-approved product for allergies and anaphylaxis, providing medical education to Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals. Previously, as a field medical director for antivirals at Pfizer (2019-2024), Dr. Wilson launched six new products and contributed to healthcare disparity initiatives. She is a recognized speaker and panelist, with numerous awards including being inducted as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the President’s Award from the National Black Nurse Practitioner Association and the Patient Impact Award for Pharmaceuticals.
